Role Description:

We are seeking an analytical Market Research Manager (Market Insights) to join our dynamic team. This full-time role will be responsible for providing critical market insights to drive strategic business decisions and fuel the growth of our diverse product portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities
  • Analyze data from various sources to uncover actionable insights that inform product development, marketing strategies, and business planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into clear and impactful recommendations
  • Monitor and report key market indicators, providing regular updates to senior leadership
  • Identify and leverage new research methodologies to enhance the quality and depth of insights
  • Contribute to the development of the market research function, driving continuous improvement and innovation

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in market research, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality insights
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey research findings to diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in market research tools and techniques, including quantitative and qualitative methodologies
  • Familiarity with the consumer goods and/or food and beverage industries is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as market research, consumer behavior, or marketing
