ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are seeking an experienced logistics coordinator with a strong background in Full Truckload (FTL) and Expedited freight brokerage to join our remote operations team in the Philippines. This role helps to ensure proper quoting and booking of loads, providing uninterrupted, high-level oversight of FTL and time-sensitive shipments. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in U.S. freight operations, deep understanding of time-critical freight movement, and the ability to proactively manage exceptions and communicate with urgency and clarity. You will serve as the first line of support for shipment quoting, booking, monitoring, escalation, and coordination— ensuring 24/7 operational coverage and service continuity for our clients and carrier network

Responsibilities

Its functions are the following; however, they are not limited to:

  • Monitor high-priority and expedited FTL shipments using TAI TMS, ELD/GPS tracking

platforms, and carrier portals.

  • Ensure all in-transit loads are meeting service expectations and proactively flag

issues or deviations

  • Quickly identify delays, missed milestones, or service failures; initiate corrective actions or escalate to the appropriate U.S.-based teams following SOPs.
  • Own urgent or escalated issues through resolution or appropriate hand-off
  • Professionally engage with carriers, dispatchers, and drivers to verify real-time ETAs, confirm delivery status, and gather situational updates.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed shipment notes, tracking logs, and communication records within the TMS.
  • Send clear and concise internal updates during shift changes to maintain full visibility and operational continuity.
  • Interface with U.S.-based operations, customer service, and leadership teams as needed during service-impacting events or exceptions.

Qualifications

  • Preferred 2+ years of experience in U.S.-based Full Truckload (FTL) and/or Expedited freight brokerage or dispatch operations
  • Proficient with modern TMS platforms (TAI preferred, not required), Load Boards (DAT, Truckstop, Sylectus), real-time tracking tools (e.g., MacroPoint, Trucker Tools, Project44), etc.
  • Strong operational judgment with the ability to work independently and manage time-critical shipments
  • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal—with a proactive and professional tone
  • High attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure during time-sensitive issues
  • Comfortable working U.S. overnight and weekend shifts, including holidays if needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
