JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Specialist – Application Development to support our growing application development initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in cross-platform mobile development using Flutter or React Native with , and a solid foundation in C#. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI is a strong advantage. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of innovative applications that enhance business efficiency and user experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, test, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter or React Native integrated with backend
  • Assist in building and maintaining applications using C# and .NET technologies
  • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into functional applications
  • Support integration of applications with Microsoft Power Platform tools such as PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing application performance
  • Document development processes, workflows, and technical specifications
  • Ensure applications adhere to security standards and IT governance policies
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in application development
  • Proficient in mobile development using Flutter or React Native
  • Experience with for backend development
  • Working knowledge of C# and .NET framework
  • Familiarity with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) and Power BI is a plus
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration techniques
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality solutions

Work location: Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc. Building 4 110 E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue Bagumbayan, Quezon City

Working schedule: Mondays to Fridays - 8:00AM to 6:30PM - Compressed work week system
