Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Product Specialists to join our expanding national team. This role combines sales, clinical application, and product education, requiring individuals who can present and articulate product information fluently and confidently to doctors, nurses, biomedical engineers, and rehabilitation professionals. You will represent Medasia's diverse portfolio of medical, surgical, and rehabilitation products, ensuring every hospital and clinic receives expert product support and after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and user training for healthcare professionals and rehabilitation teams.
  • Promote Surgitech and partner brands across categories such as wound care, surgical consumables, catheters, ICU and OR equipment, endoscopy, and rehabilitation devices.
  • Manage product evaluations, quotations, tenders, and technical documentation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, clinicians, and purchasing officers.
  • Support the sales team in achieving coverage and sales targets.
  • Participate in medical conventions, workshops, and product launches.
  • Provide management with market intelligence, competitor activity reports, and customer feedback.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Nursing, Physical Therapy, Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or other health-related fields.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in medical device, rehabilitation, or hospital product sales.
  • Must be able to present and articulate fluently in both English and Filipino.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Willing to travel nationwide and work independently in the field.
  • Professional, disciplined, and driven to excel in the healthcare industry.
  • Fresh graduates are not accepted for this position.
