
CRM Sales Trainer

The primary role of the Trainer (CRM) is to provide training and development for Telesales operators and does continual review, feedback, and on-the-job development
What You'll Do:

Conducts foundation, process, product, and other project-related training including New-Hire Training and Refresher Courses

Monitors the performance of assigned project and works with the Manager and the Operations Support Group to identify learning needs
-
Develops training modules or computer-based training for full training classes, pocket sessions and product/process updates
-
Administers Training Needs Analysis, gathers and sends relevant data to determine performance gaps and recommend and/or implement best intervention.

Prepares the pre & post-classroom training report

Manages the knowledge base tools and cascades

Listens to recorded and/or real-time calls to evaluate the Telesales agents skills in dealing with customers, as well as the accuracy and effectiveness of information or advice provided to customers
What You Need To Have:

Willing to report onsite daily
-
At least 1-2 years' experience in training.

Good communication skills: English & Filipino.

Knowledge in MS Office: Excel & Power Point
-
Basic knowledge in root cause analysis.

Telesales process & product expert
