Customer Relationship Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining CRM software systems that manage a company's interactions with current and potential customers.

This includes designing and implementing high-quality CRM applications, customizing existing platforms to meet specific business requirements, integrating CRM systems with other enterprise systems, managing and ensuring the integrity of CRM data, providing technical support to CRM users, and conducting training sessions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of CRM platforms, programming languages, database management, and experience with tools such as APEX, Visualforce, and Salesforce Development. Additionally, they should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality CRM applications
  • Customize existing CRM platforms to meet specific business requirements
  • Integrate CRM systems with other enterprise systems
  • Manage and ensure the integrity of CRM data
  • Provide technical support to CRM users
  • Conduct training sessions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM development
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and programming languages
  • Experience with database management and tools such as APEX, Visualforce, and Salesforce Development
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
