Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for site sourcing, selection and acquisition of new locations for store expansion
  • Prepares feasibility studies and market profile of the identified sites
  • Coordinate with Mall Leasing for smooth transaction with lessor and lessee
  • Maintains relationship with mall management with current and future business transactions
  • Negotiates lease rates / lease proposal
  • Initial monthly Promotion Guidelines
  • Ensure outlets carry out planogram and reset changes
  • Responsible for outlets' maintenance and faulty request
  • Roadshow set up
  • Others that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of work experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Knowledge in store construction is an advantage.
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Keen eye on store design and display.
  • Preferably with own car but not required.
