Key Responsibilities

  • Leasing Operations:

  • Prospecting and attracting new tenants for commercial properties, such as malls or office buildings.

  • Managing the entire leasing process from initial contact to contract execution.
  • Negotiating lease terms and conditions to secure favorable agreements.

  • Business Development:

  • Developing strategies to fill properties with a desirable tenant mix that boosts consumer traffic and market presence.

  • Identifying new property acquisition or expansion opportunities for the company.
  • Monitoring market trends and property status to inform strategic decisions.

  • Tenant Relations:

  • Acting as a liaison between property owners and prospective tenants.

  • Ensuring a positive experience for tenants and addressing their needs.
  • Managing tenant accounts, including billing and collections.

  • Marketing & Operations:

  • Promoting available properties through various media.

  • Providing information to potential tenants about properties, including location specifics, amenities, and local conditions.
  • Overseeing daily operations and financial health of food court areas (in some roles).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in a business-related field is often preferred.
  • Experience in business development, leasing, sales, or property management is crucial.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage client relationships and close deals.
  • Familiarity with the property market and real estate trends.
