We're looking for a Business Development and Leasing Manager for a fast-food franchisee in the Philippines.

The Business Development and Leasing Manager plays a key role in driving the growth of the company by identifying new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and fostering strategic partnerships. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for formulating and executing business strategies that align with the company's objectives, with a focus on expanding client base, increasing revenue, and enhancing brand visibility.

Also, he/she will be responsible for managing tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, and ensuring the overall success of leasing strategies. This role requires a proactive approach to market analysis, tenant relations, and maximizing the occupancy rates of our properties. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an in-depth understanding of the leasing process, and a proven track record of achieving leasing targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client & Partnership Management:

Identify and attract new clients, maintain strong existing relationships, and develop strategic partnerships with contractors, architects, and financial institutions to expand business opportunities.

  • Sales & Strategy:

Develop and implement sales strategies, create pitches and proposals, and meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for profitable property projects.

  • Market & Project Identification:

Conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, and prepare feasibility studies for potential property developments.

  • Reporting & Analysis:

Track sales metrics, project pipelines, and revenue forecasts, and analyze sales data to inform marketing strategies.

  • Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including project management and development, to align business goals with operational capabilities.

  • Representation:

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to increase the company's visibility and influence.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree holder of any business-related course
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, and property management is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client engagement.
  • Proficiency in developing and delivering sales presentations.
  • At least has a working experience in Food Industry
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
  • Experience in property development, real estate, or a related field.
  • Skills in financial tracking, sales forecasting, and budget management.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Work Schedule:

  • Onsite
  • 08:00 to 18:00; Monday to Friday
