We are seeking a talented and versatile Marketplace professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a blend of trading expertise and a solid understanding of ecommerce, product and vendor management.

Responsibilities:

Supplier & Product Onboarding

  • Create and maintain supplier accounts in Pronto ERP and Magento (Adobe Commerce).
  • Upload and manage new product data, including descriptions, pricing, specifications, and images.
  • Ensure product data is accurate, complete, and consistently formatted across systems.

Stock & Operations Management

  • Monitor and process daily stock updates from suppliers.
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies in product data or stock feeds.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure supplier stock levels are accurate and current.

Supplier Prospecting & Product Sourcing

  • Research and identify potential new suppliers and dropship product opportunities.
  • Collect and review supplier information, product catalogues, and pricing for consideration.
  • Assist the team with outreach and initial contact to potential vendors. o Maintain a pipeline of prospective suppliers and update tracking documents.

Process & Data Quality Support

  • Maintain data integrity across Pronto and Magento.
  • Support reporting on onboarding progress, supplier performance, and stock accuracy.
  • Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with the e-commerce operations team and product managers to deliver supplier and product onboarding on time.
  • Liaise with suppliers to gather missing information and resolve queries.
  • Escalate issues promptly to ensure smooth onboarding and stock management.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in data entry, product onboarding, or e-commerce operations preferred but not essential.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Pronto) and Magento/Adobe Commerce highly regarded.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.
  • Confident with Excel/Google Sheets (CSV handling, stock updates).
  • Good communication skills in English, especially for supplier interactions.
  • Research and prospecting skills — comfortable reaching out to new suppliers
