Job Title: Site Manager – Glass and Aluminum

Job Summary:

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site activities related to glass and aluminum installation projects. This role ensures that work is executed according to project specifications, quality standards, safety protocols, and within the approved schedule and budget. The Site Manager serves as the primary point of coordination between the project team, clients, subcontractors, and the company's management.

Responsibilities:


• Supervise and manage daily on-site operations for glass and aluminum and other related work in installation.


• Plan, organize, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to project specifications and quality standards.


• Coordinate with project engineers, QA/QC personnel, and design teams to resolve technical and installation issues.


• Oversee manpower allocation, ensuring efficient use of labor and compliance with site safety regulations.


• Inspect and verify installation works to ensure alignment with drawings, designs, and approved materials.


• Monitor project progress, prepare site reports, and provide regular updates to management.


• Ensure proper coordination with clients, contractors, and suppliers regarding project schedules and site requirements.


• Enforce compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures at all times.


• Address and resolve site issues promptly to prevent project delays or cost overruns.


• Supervise and mentor site personnel to maintain productivity, teamwork, and professionalism.


• Perform other related duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in project or site management, preferably within the façade, glass, and aluminum industry.

• Strong technical knowledge of glass and aluminum systems, installation methods, and construction processes.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.

• Proficient in project documentation, scheduling, and site coordination.

• Knowledgeable in safety standards and quality assurance practices.

• Can work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
