Project Site Engineer

Will assist in supervising construction projects, ensuring work is carried out according to plans, safety standards, and quality requirements. This role provides hands-on experience in site management, coordination, and technical support under the guidance of senior engineers and project managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in supervising daily construction activities on-site.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
  • Help in preparing site reports, daily logs, and progress updates.
  • Monitor material usage and assist with requests for delivery.
  • Support in ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
  • Participate in inspections and quality control checks.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Project Manager or Senior Engineer.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Licensed or Board Exam passer (an advantage but not required).
  • Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations (preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or project scheduling tools is a plus.
  • Willing to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
