  • Releasing and monitoring of PO's and Deliver
  • PO modification updates on the system
  • MRR response or updates of supplier commitments and DDSS checking.
  • Negotiation with supplier with regards to delivery commitment.
  • Processing of supplier-related documents such as : RMA, Returnable Gate Pass, etc.)
  • Payment invoices processing of handled suppliers.
  • Quarterly supplier evaluation (handled vendors).

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree but preferably related to Supply Chain Management.
  • 2-4 years work background in purchasing, sales or supplier.
  • Familiar with procurement operation.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office operations & SAP Systems.
