- At least Senior High School graduate or Technical-Vocational course in Culinary Arts or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience as in a hotel or restaurant setup
- Knowledge in food safety and sanitation required (certification is a plus)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays

- Knowledge of various cooking methods and kitchen operations
- Basic understanding of food preparation, portion control, and presentation
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, tools, and temperature control
