About the role

FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION (FORMERLY SANKO FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION' is seeking a highly attentive and detail-oriented Tiktok Content Moderator to join our team. As a Tiktok Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content on our Tiktok platform to ensure it aligns with our community guidelines and standards. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Review Tiktok videos, comments, and other user-generated content to identify and remove any inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating content
  2. Escalate potentially sensitive or high-risk content to the appropriate team members
  3. Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to improve the quality and consistency of our Tiktok content
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest Tiktok trends, community guidelines, and platform updates
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our content moderation processes and strategies

What we're looking for

  1. Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly and accurately review a high volume of content
  2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback
  3. Familiarity with Tiktok and a good understanding of social media trends and user-generated content
  4. Proficiency in English and, ideally, other languages spoken in the region
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  6. Passionate about creating a safe and positive online community
