What you'll be doing

  1. Review and moderate text, images, and other content posted by users on the company's online platforms
  2. Identify and remove any content that violates the company's policies, including inappropriate, offensive, or illegal material
  3. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the company's content moderation processes
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address content-related issues and concerns
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content moderation

What we're looking for

  1. Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly and accurately assess the appropriateness of online content
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  3. Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to content moderation
  4. Experience in a customer service or call centre environment, with a demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and complex situations
  5. Proficiency in English and the local language(s) used in the company's platforms
