What is the job?

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's end-to-end accounts payable and receivable functions. Leading a team of analysts, the role ensures scalable, efficient, and compliant processes are maintained across both ledgers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full-cycle accounts payable function, including purchase orders, bill processing, payment runs, cash application, corporate card management, and expense reimbursements.

• Deliver meaningful reporting and insights on payables performance to inform management decisions.

• Oversee the company's corporate credit card program, ensuring policy compliance and effective credit exposure management.

• Collaborate with internal buyers to establish and manage appropriate corporate credit facilities.

• Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, covering order processing, billing, and credit control.

• Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to quickly address and resolve payment or invoicing issues, maintaining a healthy and well-controlled AR ledger.

• Continuously improve both AP and AR processes through automation and tools that support scale and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting leadership roles with a stable employment history.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize payables and receivables processes.
  • Experience leading a small team of analysts across AP and AR functions, including overseas teams.
  • Skilled at influencing stakeholders at all levels and creating scalable processes in growing businesses.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership, boards, and stakeholders.
