Whitelands Express Inc. (a subsidiary of All Asian Countertrade Inc.) is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Accounting Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be based in Carmona Cavite and will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial records and supporting key accounting processes.

This role handles a variety of crucial accounting functions, including:

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Ensure the maintenance and delivery of accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports.
  • Prepare schedules for all General Ledger (GL) accounts.

Reconciliations

  • Prepare weekly bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly internal balance sheet reconciliation.

Statutory & Other Support:

  • Assist in purchasing transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of draft statutory reports.
  • Perform other accounting-related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Preferably a graduate of BS Accountancy (CPA is not required) or a related Business course.

Experience: Relevant work experience is an advantage.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a must.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proactive and committed team player mentality.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction across all Company levels.
