About the role

This is a full-time Accounting Staff role at Square Pharmaceutical, Inc' in Carmona Cavite. As part of the Accounting team, you will be responsible for handling a range of bookkeeping and small practice accounting duties to support the company's financial operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Recording financial transactions and maintaining detailed accounting records
  2. Preparing financial statements, reports and reconciliations
  3. Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
  4. Providing administrative support to the Accounting team
  5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data
  6. Adhering to accounting policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or a related field
  2. 1-2 years' experience in a bookkeeping or small practice accounting role
  3. Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
  4. Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality
