About the role:

We're looking for a motivated individual, fresh graduates are welcome, to support and manage service scheduling and client coordination for one of our key partners. This role involves overseeing work orders, liaising with clients and technicians, and ensuring compliance documentation and service deliveries are handled accurately and on time.

What you'll be working on:

  • Manage and coordinate scheduled service tasks across our client portfolio to ensure technicians are deployed efficiently and services are completed as planned.
  • Serve as main point of contact for clients: handle communications, scheduling changes, status updates, and follow-up queries.
  • Prepare, review, and deliver compliance and project documentation to meet internal, client, and regulatory standards.
  • Create, update, and close work orders and job records in line with project timelines.
  • Identify and address any inconsistencies or issues in reporting, escalating risks when necessary.
  • Help improve scheduling workflows, documentation procedures, and client-service methods for better operational efficiency.
  • Develop a working knowledge of fire protection systems and compliance protocols (specific to this client's industry).

What we're looking for:

  • Fresh graduates or early-career applicants with positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Prior exposure to service coordination, operations, admin, or customer support is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). Able to liaise with international clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and accuracy in data entry and document handling.
  • Comfortable using service-management tools or databases; able to manage multiple administrative tasks reliably.
  • Strong communicator who can coordinate across different teams or departments.
  • Willingness to learn about technical/safety systems relevant to the client's services (e.g. fire-protection).
