  • Open to fresh graduates who are eager to learn and bring a positive attitude. Experience in service coordination, operations, administration, or customer service is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and document handling.
  • Confident in English communication to collaborate smoothly with international partners and stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate scheduled works across major client portfolios from start to finish, ensuring technicians are deployed efficiently and services are delivered on time.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling day-to-day communications, rescheduling requests, status updates, and follow-ups.
  • Manage the collection, review, and delivery of compliance documentation, ensuring it meets client, internal, and legal standards.
  • Maintain accurate work orders and job records, keeping them updated and closed according to service timelines.
  • Identify and resolve reporting discrepancies proactively, escalating operational risks when necessary.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting better scheduling workflows, documentation processes, and client service models.
  • Build a practical understanding of fire protection systems, compliance reporting, and essential safety measures.

What We're Looking For:

  • Open to fresh graduates. Experience in service coordination, operations, administration, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
  • Familiarity with service management platforms or databases.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to connect effectively with international clients and team members.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience managing large volumes of admin tasks accurately.
