Job Overview

The Sales Associate ensures every customer enjoys a smooth, welcoming, and fulfilling shopping experience. This role involves offering expert product guidance, maintaining attractive store displays, and supporting store operations to achieve sales success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service that drives customer satisfaction and sales.
  • Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals.
  • Provide accurate product knowledge and personalized assistance.
  • Maintain clean, well-organized, and visually appealing merchandise sections.
  • Help manage stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.

Qualifications

  • Senior High School graduate or College level.
  • At least 6 months of retail experience preferred.
  • Strong customer engagement and communication skills.
  • Basic familiarity with inventory processes.
  • Willing to work shifting hours, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13, Php14,000.00 per month
