ACCOUNT OFFICER
Contribute to the achievement of marketing objectives of the department by promoting, implementing and monitoring marketing and sales plans and programs formulated and approved policies to achieve set annual targets.
A. Marketing & Promotion
- Identify and engage prospective clients through networks and partners
- Conduct background checks and initial credit assessments
- Maintain strong client relationships with personalized service
- Monitor loan processes and encourage renewals
- Develop and present market value propositions to clients
- Track client feedback and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Build public and industry relationships to support business development
- Lead product presentations and promotional activities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Support development of marketing strategies
- Help achieve individual and team sales targets
- Coordinate background investigations and verification processes
- Prepare legal and loan documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain detailed client records and ensure timely reporting
- Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
- Review policies and recommend improvements to meet client needs
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of marketing/ Sales experience, preferably in a financial institution or a related industry.
- Additional Advantage: Established networks or a client base.
- Additional Advantage: Experience with loans
