ACCOUNT OFFICER

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through networks and partners
  • Conduct background checks and initial credit assessments
  • Maintain strong client relationships with personalized service
  • Monitor loan processes and encourage renewals
  • Develop and present market value propositions to clients
  • Track client feedback and identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Build public and industry relationships to support business development
  • Lead product presentations and promotional activities
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Support development of marketing strategies
  • Help achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Coordinate background investigations and verification processes
  • Prepare legal and loan documentation accurately and on time
  • Maintain detailed client records and ensure timely reporting
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
  • Review policies and recommend improvements to meet client needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of marketing/ Sales experience, preferably in a financial institution or a related industry.
  • Additional Advantage: Established networks or a client base.
  • Additional Advantage: Experience with loans

Work set up: Onsite

Work Location: Ortigas

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
