  1. Process account payables, ensuring invoices, payments, and receipts, follow financial policies and procedures.
  2. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in the accounting system
  3. Perform reconciliations of accounts, including bank reconciliations.
  4. Preparation and maintenance of financial reports, statements, and records.
  5. Support the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
  6. Assist in the preparation of financial audits and liaise with external auditors.
  7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and organizational policies.

Educational Requirements

  1. Must possess at least Bachelors degree in Finance, Accountancy or Business Discipline
  2. At least 1- 2 years of experience.
  3. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial management practices.
  4. Hight Attention to details, accuracy and precision
  5. Excellent working knowledge on accounting software and ERP systems.
