If you're keen to join, we're looking for a Full Cycle Account Executive (Permanent Work from home) to join our team in Manila.
As a Full Cycle Account Executive, you'll manage new leads from Sales Development Representatives while also reconnecting with past prospects. You'll build your pipeline by qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, and guiding the sales process from first contact to demo and closing the deal. What you'll be doing:- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing deals.
- Identify ideal prospects and conduct discovery calls to position Lightspeed effectively.
- Deliver one-on-one product demos and drive sales to exceed targets.
- Track and forecast sales in Salesforce while managing multiple deals.
- Collaborate with the team and assist with pricing negotiations.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and process sales orders efficiently.
- Provide market insights and feedback to management.

- Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organisational objectives even if this means doing things that aren't strictly within the scope of your role.
We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:
- Previous experience in a full sales cycle environment.
- Background in industries like IT solutions, software sales, telecommunications, e-commerce, cloud apps, SaaS, POS, retail, or tech.
- Proven experience in forecasting sales pipelines and tracking daily/weekly/monthly KPIs.
- A history of high performance in previous roles.
Our hiring process is very straightforward. You'll undergo a preliminary video screening and the whole process will be conducted at the comfort of your own home, through Zoom or Google Meet. No need to go through Manila's heavy traffic
