As a Full-Cycle Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounting process and financial reporting. You'll play a critical role in maintaining accurate records, supporting business decisions, and ensuring compliance with standards. This is a remote night shift position and is ideal for someone looking to contribute meaningfully while working flexible hours.

Qualifications
  • CPA designation is required
  • Minimum 2 years of full-cycle accounting experience
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of Canadian payroll, tax regulations, and accounting standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working independently during night shifts (must be able to overlap with international or overnight operations as required)
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger activities
  • Prepare and execute month-end and year-end close processes
  • Support and coordinate with external auditors during audit processes
  • Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis to support strategic planning
  • Prepare and review accurate financial statements and reports
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure all financial data is complete, accurate, and aligned with organizational goals
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies
  • Identify process improvement opportunities within the finance function
