Job Summary:

The Environmental Compliance Associate provides administrative and technical support in ensuring that the company complies with all environmental laws, permits, and regulations. The role involves processing government permits, licenses, and certifications, maintaining compliance records, coordinating with regulatory agencies, and supporting the implementation of environmental programs across all facilities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process, renew, and maintain environmental permits, licenses, and certificates.
  • Ensure compliance with DENR, EMB, and LGU regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain organized records and tracking systems for environmental compliance documents.
  • Conduct and assist in environmental monitoring, inspections, and audits.
  • Coordinate with government agencies and accredited waste service providers.
  • Support waste management, pollution control, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing environmental reports and awareness activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any course.
  • Preferably with experience in environmental compliance, government permitting, or related work.
  • Knowledge of DENR, EMB, and LGU environmental requirements is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
