Finance Associate - Gathers and analyzes financial data to support company budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making. Key duties include preparing financial reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, assisting with month-end closing, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role provides crucial support to finance managers, helping to identify financial trends and optimize fiscal strategies.

Responsibilities:

Financial administration: Managing accounting records, processing invoices, handling payments (accounts payable), and tracking incoming payments (accounts receivable).

Reporting and analysis: Assisting with the preparation of budgets, financial statements, and reports for managers. This includes analyzing data to identify financial trends and variances.

Compliance and auditing: Helping to ensure that the company follows financial policies, procedures, and regulations. They may also assist with internal and external audits.

Budgeting and forecasting: Aiding in the development of the company's budget, monitoring spending, and assisting in financial forecasting based on historical data and market trends.

Interdepartmental coordination: Working with other departments to reconcile accounting discrepancies and provide fiscal advice

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
