Job Summary:

  1. Identify potential business development opportunities in Retail Operations, and design how it can be integrated to or replace the existing process and assess its viability.
  2. Manage projects, specifically process improvements for branch operations from initiation to project closure.
  3. Plans and manages the day-to-day operational support activities to continually improve the productivity of Area Managers, Team heads and customer associates, works efficiently to assist the management team with optimal key business processes and customer service initiatives that will help achieve the company year- end goal.

Job Specification:

  • Bachelor's degree in business studies/management, Engineering, or Information Technology, or with technical background
  • Relevant work experience in logistics/ transport/ money remittance/ service industry environment is desirable
  • Mush have confidence in roll-out/ delivery of projects/ trainings, excellent technical skills, organizing, planning, interpersonal, communication, problem solving, teamwork and IT skills.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills proven ability to multi-task effectively, with strong interpersonal and team building skills as well as excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient is Windows and MS Office
  • At least 2 years work experience in business development and project management
  • Must have above average Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Can establish corporate rapport and must possess very good negotiation skills
  • Computer literate knowledgeable in MS Office Applications

Working Conditions:

  • Communicate with all appropriate departments to coordinate deliverables
  • Will be assigned in Two Ecom Mall of Asia Complex Pasay City
  • Total of 44 working hours per work week
  • Must be willing to travel within Metro Manila and Provinces
  • Willing to work extended hours on projects and work creation
