Branch Supervisor/Manager – NAIA Location

We are looking for a dedicated and operationally-focused Branch Supervisor/Manager to oversee daily activities at our NAIA location. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a seamless transport experience for passengers arriving from both domestic and international flights. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in transport, travel, or hospitality operations and be adept at managing ground activities, addressing customer concerns, and overseeing fare and ride-related audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily branch operations at the NAIA location
  • Ensure smooth passenger flow and efficient lounge services
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally
  • Enforce compliance with company policies, airport regulations, and service standards
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members to deliver top-notch customer service and operational efficiency
  • Prepare and present operational reports to management

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in branch operations, transport terminals, travel, or hospitality sectors
  • Knowledge of transport fare structures, pricing metrics, and service audits
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work on-site at NAIA and adapt to shifting schedules
