Key Responsibilities

  1. Operational Oversight

  2. Manage daily field operations of the E-TRACC program at various locations by overseeing several teams (oftentimes remotely) with approx. headcount of +200 employees.

  3. Ensure smooth coordination and execution of activities to meet productivity and quality targets.

  4. Site Management & Monitoring

  5. Schedule regular and random site visits to check and assess operational performance.

  6. Ensure compliance with established processes, safety protocols, and service standards.

  7. Strategic Input & Planning

  8. Contribute operational insights and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.

  9. Develop and implement action plans to address operational challenges and achieve objectives.

  10. Policy & Procedure Development

  11. Create, implement, and enforce operational policies and procedures.

  12. Monitor compliance and evaluate effectiveness for continuous improvement.

  13. Process Optimization

  14. Develop and oversee processes for receiving products, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping.

  15. Analyze workflows, staffing levels, space requirements, and equipment layout; implement efficiency improvements.

  16. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  17. Coordinate closely with Port Leaders, Customer Service, Software Development, and other teams.

  18. Support cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  19. Inventory & Asset Management

  20. Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, returning, and repairing devices.

  21. Track asset movements and ensure accountability.
  22. Utilizes available resources to manage and track assets.

  23. Capable of using MS Excel or alike to perform a quick data analysis

  24. Capacity Planning & Resource Management

  25. Understand data and utilizes it to perform tasks capacity.

  26. Apply capacity planning to ensure optimal staffing levels per port.

  27. Allocate resources effectively to meet operational demands.

  28. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  29. Develops and identify measurable KPIs to measure team performance thru Balanced Scorecard.

  30. Report operational performance through Weekly Business Reviews and Management Committee updates.

  31. Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify root causes of issues and recommend solutions.

  32. Other Duties

  33. Perform other related tasks as assigned by immediate superior.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Information Technology, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in operations, logistics, or field management.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of organizational and time management skills; self-starter with attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer support and cross-functional collaboration is an advantage.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements.
  • Proficiency in reporting, documentation, and presentation.
