Job Overview

A highly skilled operations professional with expertise in project management, tech tools, sales funnels, and high-converting ad creation is required. The ideal candidate will support a high-performing founder with ADHD, providing structure that creates freedom and flow.

As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for building SOPs, workflows, onboarding documents, and scalable team systems. You will implement project tools and create internal structure from scratch, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Scalable Systems:
    • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, onboarding documents, and team systems to streamline processes.
    • Implement Project Tools: Utilize Trello, Google Sheets, and other tools to manage weekly task boards, track progress, and ensure accountability.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead Weekly Standups or Check-Ins: Foster open communication among team members, ensuring everyone is aligned and working towards common goals.
    • Coordinate with Developers, Contractors, and Finance Team: Collaborate across departments to ensure successful project delivery and effective resource allocation.
  • Sales and E-commerce:
    • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies, leveraging your expertise in high-converting campaigns and AI-driven tools.
    • Optimize Operations: Streamline e-commerce processes, utilizing automation tools like Zapier and famous.ai to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Requirements:
    • Proven Track Record: 3+ years of experience supporting founders or managing projects, preferably in a startup or remote setting.
    • Technical Savviness: Proficiency in using modern automation tools, AI, and software platforms.
    • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
