The role of Executive/Operations Admin is pivotal in ensuring seamless internal and external operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Operational Oversight:
  • Manage day-to-day operations to achieve efficient workflows.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
  • Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures.
Team Coordination:
  • Promote synergy among engineering, marketing, and product teams by aligning goals and objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders through effective liaison services.
  • Organize meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions to ensure smooth communication.
Project Management:
  • Lead high-priority projects while meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Utilize tools like Asana or Trello for project tracking and management.
  • Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Financial and Resource Management:
  • Assist in budget planning and resource allocation.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor relations and contracts.
  • Oversee expenses within allocated budgets.
Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Monitor and mitigate operational risks to prevent potential issues.
Strategy and Growth:
  • Contribute to the development of operational strategies that drive growth and innovation.
  • Support scaling efforts and resource planning to meet business needs.
  • Refine processes to optimize performance and efficiency.

Required qualifications include 3-5 years of experience in operations or project management, proficiency in tools like Asana and Slack, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and knowledge of blockchain/DeFi, especially the Solana ecosystem, is preferred.
