Job Description

As a Sales Representative, you will generate new revenue through proactive outbound prospecting, qualification, and appointment setting. You'll engage SMB clients, identify opportunities, and support follow-ups that contribute to successful conversions while mastering the full sales cycle over time.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 1-3 years in outbound sales, SDR, or lead generation, ideally selling merchant services or B2B solutions to SMBs.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach, disciplined call blocks, and strong discovery and qualification skills.
  • Coachable, metrics-driven, and eager to progress from appointment setting to full inside sales responsibilities.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred - and candidates fluent in both languages will be prioritized to support target markets.
  • Demonstrated job stability, showing at least two years of consistent tenure in previous roles.
  • Sharp, polished, and professional demeanor with strong drive and adaptability.

Your Daily Tasks

What You'll Do

  • Make 60-80 outbound calls per day to SMB prospects using processor-provided lead lists, plus online research and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify prospects, conduct discovery, and set well-scoped appointments that convert; support follow-ups and nurturing to assist in closing.
  • Maintain clean and accurate notes, next steps, activity logs, appointments, and revenue outcomes.
  • Engage English-speaking and, when possible, Spanish-speaking prospects across target markets.

Targets and KPIs

  • Daily: 60-80 outbound calls, conversations, and held appointments.
  • Monthly: Appointments set and closed deals, starting at ~1/week with a 90-day ramp-up period.

Territory & Customer Focus

  • Broad SMB segment in the U.S., ideal range of $50k-$100k monthly processing volume, with flexibility for smaller accounts for long-term growth.
