We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is energetic, confident, and passionate about connecting with people — someone who thrives on turning prospects into long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify new leads through cold calling, emails, social media outreach, and networking.
Follow up with inbound leads and inquiries, providing product details, pricing, and solutions tailored to client needs.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of residential, commercial, and municipal clients.
Conduct on-site tours, presentations, and client meetings at our Brantford modular factory and show units.
Farm and nurture relationships with builders, developers, municipalities, and homeowners.
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules to ensure consistent communication.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Represent Habitat28 and ELEV8 at trade shows, community events, and pop-ups.
Stay informed about modular housing trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Qualifications & Skills:
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations, ideally in construction, real estate, or design industries.
Proven ability to cold call, prospect, and close deals.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — both written and verbal.
Comfortable using CRM tools, email, and digital communication platforms.
Strong presentation skills and ability to explain design/technical details to non-technical clients.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Canva for proposals or visual presentations.
Knowledge of modular construction, architecture, or outdoor lifestyle products is a bonus.
Must be available for in-person work at our Brantford office and occasional travel within Ontario.
