Technical Sales Representative in Makati (BPO)

What You'll Do (Training Provided):

  • Help customers quickly resolve technical issues via chat, email, or phone.
  • Candidates must demonstrate intermediate business level English proficiency for effective customer communication.
  • Clearly explain service plans and product features.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and recommend the right products or services.
  • Ensure every customer interaction is positive and seamless.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least a Senior High School Graduate.
  • Must have a previous BPO experience or any relevant experience.
  • Sales experience is a big plus
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati
  • Willing to work in shifting schedule
