What you will do

  • Serve as the primary Empower contact, overseeing the successful installation of standard and non-complex new transfer or start-up retirement plan sales.
  • Lead weekly conference calls for assigned sales and collaborate with plan sponsors, financial advisors, third-party administrators, client service managers, sales directors, prior providers, payroll vendors, and internal teams to manage conversions, timelines, and key deliverables.
  • Review and explain service agreements, contracts, and product features to ensure client understanding and proper administration.
  • Validate plan provisions and coordinate with internal compliance teams to ensure accurate restatement of retirement plan documents.
  • Manage payroll integration and file mapping between plan sponsors and Empower.
  • Oversee the transfer of plan assets and records, ensuring clear communication with prior providers and internal departments.
  • Adhere to established deadlines, timelines, and quality standards, maintaining compliance and minimizing market risks.
  • Ensure the smooth transition from blackout release to Client Service Manager upon completion.
  • Support high-volume periods by working extended hours or overtime as needed.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
  • 1 - 2 years Implementation or related work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail required
  • Excellent time management
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must be available to work overnight hours
