KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

You will:

  • Provide day-to-day support in managing and evaluating Total Rewards programs within a global shared services setup. This includes overseeing various areas such as:

  • Health and Welfare Benefits – medical, dental, and life insurance programs.

  • Recognition and Work/Life Benefits – education assistance, backup care, and related initiatives.
  • Retirement Programs – savings and other retirement-related benefits.
  • Well-being Programs – mental health support, wellness initiatives, and health management activities.
  • Workplace Health and Safety – vaccination programs, environmental safety, and other occupational health efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • You must have a Bachelor's degree in Health Education and Promotion, Exercise Science, Public Health, Health Care Administration, another Allied Health field, or Human Resources.
  • You must have at least 3 years of hands-on operational experience in any of the Total Rewards programs listed above, preferably within a global shared services environment.
  • You must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have working knowledge of HRIS systems, with Workday experience preferred.
  • You must have the ability to interpret and apply policies related to ADA, FMLA, and wage compliance.
  • You must have strong analytical skills with the ability to present data to support decision-making.
  • You must have experience in project and vendor management.

Work Schedule: Night Shift, Monday to Friday

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - BGC, Taguig City
