THE ROLE:

As a Recruitment Specialist, your key tasks include:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates daily.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews and schedule face-to-face meetings.
  • Proactively manage volume ad responses and contact applicants within 24 hours.
  • Advertise open roles and utilise Premium Talent Search effectively.
  • Develop and implement job-specific sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date job dashboards and accurate candidate records.
  • Follow the company's standard recruitment processes to assess candidate suitability.
SELECTION CRITERIA:
  • 2+ years' experience in recruitment/resourcing and customer service.
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Flexible and open-minded - ready to adapt into a dynamic AU-PH work culture built on empowered team dynamics and growth.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, organisation, and time management skills.
  • Results-driven, resilient, and detail-oriented.
  • High level of proficiency in English communication (written and verbal).
