The Events and Activation Officer is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing marketing events, dealer activations, and promotional activities that drive brand awareness and sales for the motorcycle brand. This role involves close coordination with dealerships, internal teams, suppliers, and agencies to ensure impactful and efficient execution of events across various locations in the Philippines.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement motorcycle-related events and activations, including but not limited to product launches, dealership openings, mall exhibits, test ride events, motorcades, trade shows, and community engagements.
  • Work closely with dealerships and sales teams to support local area marketing and dealer specific promotions.
  • Develop event proposals, budgets, timelines, and activity plans.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, event agencies, talents, and logistics providers to ensure smooth execution of all event elements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in event management, field marketing, or brand activation— experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry is a strong advantage. o Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of basic design tools is a plus.
  • Willing to travel for out-of-town events and dealership activations.
