Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Sales & Operations Assistant to join our team in the fire protection industry. This role provides critical support to both our sales and operations teams, helping to ensure our clients receive timely, compliant, and professional service.
You'll be responsible for processing sales proposals and to support operations activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to fire protection systems, services, and products
- Process job orders and material request with the coordination of the Operations Team.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving of Material & Equipment and ensure proper documentation (certifications, compliance forms, etc.).
- Assist the sales team with quotations, reports, and follow-ups on proposals
- Support compliance by helping prepare Administrative Works.
