Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to develop and implement effective search engine optimization strategies that drive visibility, traffic, and conversion. You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities including keyword strategy, content optimization, link building, and performance analysis to increase rankings on major search networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies that align with company goals.

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and identify growth opportunities.

  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for improved search visibility.

  • Implement technical SEO best practices (site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, etc.).

  • Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.

  • Collaborate with content creators and web developers to improve SEO outcomes.

  • Perform competitive analysis and stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends.

  • Recommend and implement link-building strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.

  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.

  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs)

  • Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

  • Experience with CMS platforms (especially WordPress)

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

  • Strong keyword research and content optimization skills

  • Familiarity with link-building strategies

  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting abilities

  • Good communication and collaboration skills
