Specialist - Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

Responsible for optimizing our website for search engines and implementing and managing Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track and analyze website performance. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices, analytics, and data-driven decision-making to improve our online presence and drive organic traffic.

Responsibilities

SEO Management:

  • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for increasing organic traffic
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and images for search engine visibility
  • Develop and implement effective link-building strategies
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
  • Conduct regular technical SEO audits and implement necessary updates
  • Stay informed about the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices

GA4 Implementation and Management:

  • Set up and configure Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track website performance accurately
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to analyze user behavior and website metrics
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights
  • Implement and track conversion goals and e-commerce activities
  • Collaborate with web developers to ensure accurate tagging and data collection

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify trends and opportunities
  • Generate regular reports on SEO performance and GA4 metrics
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for improving website performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and other SEO tools
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and current trends
  • Experience with website analytics and data analysis
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
  • Certification in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads are plus
  • Experience with e-commerce SEO and tracking
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress
  • Willing to work 3 days onsite and 2 day WFH
  • Willing to work in Mandaluyong City
