Job Description:

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research to guide content teams and optimize website pages.
  • Oversee on-page and off-page SEO initiatives, including link-building and technical SEO improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices.
  • Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and digital marketing innovations.
  • Manage SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Optimize website structure, metadata, and user experience for better search engine performance.
  • Lead SEO audits and implement necessary improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred but not always required.
  • Understanding of keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and technical SEO.
  • Proven experience in SEO strategy, content optimization, and website analytics.
  • Tools & Analytics: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Ability to plan and execute SEO campaigns and improve search rankings.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website optimization techniques.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Can work on-site, Mondays to Fridays, from 9 am to 7 pm.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advance SEO Expertise - Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO.
  • Experience with SEO Tools - Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and other SEO platforms.
  • Content Strategy & Optimization - Ability to develop and execute SEO-friendly content strategies.
  • Technical Skills - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website optimization techniques.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting - Strong analytical skills to interpret SEO metrics and drive data - driven decisions.
  • Leadership & Project Management - Experience managing SEO teams, campaigns, and cross - functional collaboration.
  • Knowledge of E-A-T Principles - Understanding of expertise, authoritativeness, and trustworthiness in SEO.
  • Local & International SEO - Experience optimizing for local search and global markets.
