Qualifications: Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, search optimization, or related digital marketing roles, preferably with multi-platform experience (web, social media, e-commerce, and AI-driven search platforms).

Skills:

  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture as it relates to SEO.
  • Proficiency in optimizing for web, e-commerce (e.g., Lazada, Shopee), social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), and AI chatbot searchability.
  • Ability to identify and integrate relevant keywords for web, e-commerce, and social media content.
  • Expertise in crafting SEO and Search-friendly content and optimizing existing materials.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven search systems and conversational AI platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with content, design, and development teams.
  • Keen interest in staying updated with the latest SEO and Search techniques and industry updates.

Job Description:

Multi-Platform Search Strategy

  • Design and implement advanced optimization strategies for web, social media, e-commerce, and AI-driven search platforms.
  • Monitor search trends and update strategies to align with algorithm changes and emerging technologies.

Project Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute SEO and search-related projects within deadlines and budgets.
  • Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and manage risks for smooth delivery.
  • Ensure alignment of deliverables with client and organizational objectives.

Technical Search Optimization

  • Conduct in-depth technical audits, including website speed, mobile usability, crawlability, and indexing.
  • Optimize structured data, schema markups, and AMP to improve search rankings.

Performance Analytics

  • Analyze search performance data from web, social media, e-commerce, and AI platforms using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
  • Generate detailed reports and actionable insights to refine strategies.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to align search strategies with broader marketing goals.
  • Present search strategies and performance updates to clients and stakeholders.

Training and Development

  • Conduct training for internal teams and clients on search optimization best practices.
  • Share insights on leveraging tools, platforms, and technologies effectively.

Adaptability and Innovation

  • Stay updated on platform algorithms, search trends, and technological advancements.
  • Experiment with new tools and methods to maintain leadership in search optimization.
