Junior Social Media Specialist

The Junior Social Media Specialist is responsible for Maintenance and Monitoring of client's social media channel, Publishing of contents for specific social media channels, and reporting/using of reporting platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Daily maintenance and monitoring of the client's social media channels, adhering to the provided strict guidelines
• Administrate the publishing and publishing schedule of original, high-quality content for specific social media channels
• Quality assurance of published posts across desktop and mobile environments
• Reporting and use of reporting platforms (e.g., Jira) for task monitoring
• Must actively take part in trainings, daily calls, and monthly meetings as set by the team lead or counterparts
• Stay up-to-date with changes in all social media platforms, ensuring maximum efficiency
• Flexible and constructive when responding to changing deadlines
• Maintain technical documentation
• All other duties as assigned by the lead/manager
• Work closely with a team member at all levels across the organization

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate of Communication Arts, Journalism, Broadcasting and the like
• Has a working knowledge on using Social Media channels
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Proactive and can work with minimal supervision
• Strong consistency and attention to details
• Good oral and written communication skills
