Qualification:

  • Atleast 1-2 years related experience in the same field.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resources
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project Management skills
  • Instructional Design skills
  • Experience facilitating training sessions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
