Requirements:

  • Must have a Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Accountancy, or any related field

  • Preferably with experience as a Recruitment Officer, HR Generalist, HR Associate or Employee Relations (minimum 2 years experience) in a clinic, service, hospital or retail industry.

  • Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)

  • Must have in depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry
  • Must be familiar with basic research methods and reporting techniques
  • Must have excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Must have Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • Must have Integrity and confidentiality

Job Description:

This is for 30 to 40 employees only

  • Recruitment of employees for the clinic and head office

  • Assist in orientation of new hires

  • Responsible for maintaining and safekeeping of 201 files

  • Prepare employment contracts

  • Conduct employee on-boarding and help organize training & development initiatives

  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace

  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies

  • Help organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews

  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities

  • Knowledgeable in Timekeeping and Payroll

  • Knowledgeable in computing 13th month, SIL and commissions

  • Creating memos, NTE and other paper works

  • Counseling and disciplining of employee

  • Administer compensation and benefit plan

  • Compliance with labor regulations

  • Provide admin support as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
