About the role

Polystar General Services is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Parking Attendant to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and efficient management of our parking facilities. This full-time role is an integral part of our Hospitality & Tourism division, contributing to the overall customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and assisting customers upon arrival and departure from the parking area
  • Monitoring the parking lot to ensure all vehicles are parked in designated spaces
  • Collecting parking fees and issuing receipts to customers
  • Maintaining accurate records of parking transactions and managing cash handling
  • Reporting any issues or incidents to the management team
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any queries or concerns in a professional manner
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the parking facilities

What we're looking for

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or parking attendant role is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with numbers and cash handling
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Willingness to work in a team and adhere to the company's policies and procedures
  • Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
